As a General Building Contractor, First REI oversees all aspects of construction managing the work, material, and details in the plans and specifications to complete the job. First REI works closely with the owner, architect, designer, and building inspectors making certain the work is completed to International Building Code standards. Structural and mechanical engineering aspects are monitored closely during construction. We are affiliated with Professional Engineers and Surveyors whom are available as needed. First REI focuses on quality craftsmanship throughout, with efficient use of material and labor bringing our customer’s project in on budget and on time.

If you are just beginning the planning process of your project, First REI will provide consultation to  you over  potential details and requirements of the project to get you started in the right direction. Projects can quickly surpass budgets if anticipated  costs are not considered in the beginning.  Budget consideration are very important to prevent your project from being over designed and too costly.

First Real Estate Investments, LLC  is an Arkansas licensed General Building Contractor providing services for all construction and property improvement needs.

 FINANCIAL  INVESTMENTS

First REI develops company and investor owned property to be improved then sold or property managed for profit. These projects consist of  commercial offices and retail space, speculative homes, custom homes, multiplexes, duplexes, condos, and cottages. Additionally properties that are REO, repossessed, foreclosed, and obsolete homes and buildings properties are acquired which First REI remodels, restores, and renovates for profit.  

INVESTORS NEEDED FOR:

SHORT TERM LOANS - Earn up to 5% APR, interest only; 6 to 24 month periods with promissory note,  First REI pledged collateral in project, invested funds held in specific project trust account.

MORTGAGES - Earn up to 6.5 % amortized interest rate for up to 30 year investment period,  property collateralized with promissory note and deed of trust.

PROJECT INVESTMENT - Earn up to 25% Return on Investment (ROI) from capital investment participating in profit sharing from specific projects.

BONDS -   First REI Bonds privately issued, One and ten year bonds, $1000 Face Value,  Yielding up to 5 percent APR.

 HOME IMPROVEMENT & REPAIR; REMODEL & RESTORATION; DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT.  

As a General Building Contractor, First REI also provides Home Repair and Home Improvement Services providing reliable and trustworthy repair work guaranteeing the work is done right the first time.  Our experience enables us to do every type of home repair and improvement from insurance claims needing rapid response to leaky faucets and roofs, new roof installs, drywall repairs, installing fixtures and hardware, caulking windows, door, opening up room, plumbing, electrical, and much more.   

First REI also provides Remodel and Restoration work, and Design and Consulting services advising clients to make informed decisions about improvements being made to the property. Our service provides careful analysis of the property giving great consideration to the collective details and features of the property  and building enables First REI to design wonderful homes which Clients take great and pride and joy in for many years. Our design work includes homes, offices, additions and add on’s, site plans and layout, landscaping, swimming pools and spas, retaining walls,  parking lots and sidewalks, etc.
